Cancellation Policy

If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we will try to reschedule your appointment to the best of our ability. A $30 fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (this does not include Medicaid and Medicare individuals).
