We provide telehealth appointments and may be in-network with your insurance. We provide ongoing support, meal plans, subscriptions through Fullscripts, Dutch Hormone testing, and additional lab testing may be available (prices vary).

Initial Consult

We dive into your history and make a plan for the future. Plan on 60-90 minutes.

Follow up appointment

Accountability is key. Plan on 20-30 minutes.

Ongoing support

Access to unlimited messaging with your dietitian between appointments for that needed accountability and additional check-ins and ability to ask additional questions.
