Refund Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least a 24 hour notice and we will try to accommodate you as best as possible. A $30 fee will be charged to the card on file for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (this does not include Medicaid and Medicare individuals).
