We will follow up on your progress, come up with solutions, and create new goals if needed. Note: the online booking it to choose your preferred day and time. You will be contacted to confirm payment and/or insurance eligibility and then your appointment will be confirmed. You will not be charged by booking.

The online booking is to block your preferred time only. We will be in contact to collect payment and/or confirm insurance coverage before confirming the appointment.
