Service Description

We will go over your medical history, what has and hasn't worked in the past, and create a plan with a long-term goal and at least one short-term go. al. Note: the online booking it to choose your preferred day and time. You will be contacted to confirm payment and/or insurance eligibility and then your appointment will be confirmed. You will not be charged by booking. There may be more availability for telehealth vs in-person appointments.
